


Rifle CQM Performance
Description: This 2-Day (16 hr) rifle course is designed to teach students how to train, and finding trends on the target to help self diagnose themselves.
Using live-fire drills and an explanation of what to pay attention to in dry-fire practice.
Core (Every class will have the following):
Presentation
CQM Holds
Doubles/ Recoil management
Throttle control/vertical Target transitions
Target Transitions
Multi TGTs/ with lat/vert Transitions / depth
Movement Fwd/Lateral/ Diagonal
Culex
What We Will Cover:
Posture/mounting
Speed and Accuracy
Vision in Shooting
Self-Diagnosis
Multiple Target Engagements
Shooting in alternative positions
Shooting on the move
Reloads
Immediate Action
Remedial Action
Required Equipment:
A quality, reliable carbine
A durable belt that can hold 2 loaded magazine pouches
6 Magazines
Magazine pouches for two magazines
1000 rounds of quality ammunition
5 dummy rounds
300 rounds of pistol ammunition
2 pistol mags
Eye and ear protection
Spare batteries and tools (if necessary)
Weather appropriate clothing
Note Taking Equipment and a positive attitude
This course is NOT appropriate for novice or beginner shooters. Students will be expected to understand and demonstrate competence in the safe handling and manipulation of their weapons. You do not have to be "good" but you must be SAFE. If you have any questions about what this means, please reach out.
